By purchasing a commission from me (Cya) you agree to be purchasing my services only.
If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed
with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.I ACCEPT ONLY ON PAYPAL, SORRY!

YOU (the customer/commissioner):
1. You may NOT use the commissioned
artwork for commercial purposes.

2. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any
website and social channels with FULL credits

3. You may print it for personal uses only.

4. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece
(reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, etc.)

5. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork
without my (the artist's) consent.

6. You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

I CYASTIC (as the artist):
1. Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

2. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP)
of the commissioned artwork.

3. I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you
(the customer) break any of the terms.

4. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio

⭐️PLEASE READ TOS FIRST!⭐️How to commission me:
1. After reading and agreeing on the TOS, text me in
my dms on one or more of this socials:

Specifing the type of commission you're looking for (Headshot, half body, etc..),
linking one or more reference about the character/characters you'd like me to draw.

2. Wait for my reply: some times college can keep me really busy. Sorry!
(I should reply in max 3 days [If I don't, text me again]).

3. I'll ask you the full payment (on PayPal only) to confirm your commission.

4. Once the programmed time comes I’ll start the sketch and send it to you,
if you are not satisfied with it I'll change it for 2 more times
before charging for more money.
Your piece will be completed before two months because of exams and other.
Once it's finished I'll ask you to give me an email address where
I'm sending you the finished art with its original quality.

Things to know before commission me:1. I'm 50% self taught artist, so there's some things
I can't draw that well (like animals or male bodies).
I'm trying to learn everyday and improve even more my art,
so sorry for some things!

but I'll try my best to be available!
